It’s been FOUR YEARS since I first picked up my laptop and published my first post on WWS. I know I always say this, but can you believe how fast times flies?! It’s an incredible experience to be able to reflect on these past four years and recognize not only how far I’ve come, but also how much I’ve learned and the friendships I’ve made along the way.
This year has been a huge transition period for me since I transferred schools and moved to San Diego back in August. Although it has been one of the most challenging seasons of life, it has taught me a lot about time management, independence, making decisions, and other important life skills. Although my blog has taken a back seat because of school, it is still very important to me and I would like to hopefully get back on track with creating content more often and consistently. Again, I want to thank you all for being so patient and supportive of my journey!
Okay, can we please talk about these cupcakes? I’ve been following along with Leslie (aka @_leslie_vigil_) from Tasteful Cakes on Instagram for a few years and have consistently been impressed and inspired by her beautiful artistry. Leslie is well-known for her creativity, craftsmanship, and love of buttercream petals. To celebrate my 4th Blogiversary, I couldn’t think of anything better than cupcakes! Leslie was able to perfectly incorporate my aqua, white and gold color scheme with unique fashion + travel decorations in multiple designs. She even added edible glitter ✨
Leslie and I have teamed up for a special GIVEAWAY to give one set of custom cupcakes (up to a $60 value) to a lucky follower. All the details are over on Instagram, so make sure to enter for a chance to win!

Finally, just a quick note about my outfit – I haven’t been doing as many style posts lately, but I’m definitely going to try to start posting more soon! You probably know that I’m obsessed with anything aqua or lace, and this dress combined both. Plus, it’s under $25 so it worked with my #collegebudget. I paired the dress with some chunky nude heels and statement necklace that I already had in my closet. Also, I found the number balloon in the dollar section at Target!
