I think that almost all bloggers would agree that this season’s biggest shoe trend is the lace up flat. These shoes are seriously everywhere! They’ve been filling up my insta feed and throughout the season I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pair. Thankfully, after searching long and hard I think that I have finally found them! Here’s all the styles (under $100 for my fellow girls on a budget!) that made it to the top of my list:
1) Nine West $89
The navy blue color of these flats makes them totally fall-ready. A great alternative to the traditional black flat!
2) Topshop $45
Who could resist this leopard print? Topshop was the first brand I tried, and I have to admit for the price and quality they are definitely a great deal. Unfortunately, they don’t carry half sizes and I didn’t care for the fit of the 6 or 7 on me. I think these would work better for girls with narrower feet.
3) Charlotte Russe $25*
I just purchased these in black and leopard print at the Vegas Outlets for only $12 each. That’s right, I said $12! It was the best price I found in my search for the perfect lace up flat, and I preferred the fit of these the best because you can’t see any of my toe cleavage. These are a great option for if you have wider feet.
4) Gilt $99
These flats come in four different colors: taupe, black, blush and gold. I really like how the shape is cut straight across instead of rounded, it definitely gives it a different look!
5) Old Navy $30
Another great bargain at only $30! I haven’t seen any other brands carrying this mustard color, and I think it’s a great way to add some color to your fall wardrobe. Pair it with some plaid and navy and you’ll be giving us your all kinds of Blair Waldorf vibes.
6) Missguided $34
Every girl needs a nude flat! Neutrals work year round in your wardrobe and also give the illusion of longer legs.
7) Missguided $34
These flats are red hot! I liked this style so much I had to include it in this gorgeous ruby color.
8) Steve Madden $80
We all know Steve Madden can do no wrong with lace up shoes (check out these heels for proof.) I don’t normally gravitate towards brown shoes (since I end up usually buying them in black), but I can already imagine so many cute fall outfits with these.
9) Topshop $45
Topshop came out with various styles on the lace up flat, but this one is especially cool because of the extra hardware details on the sides. This pair is similar to the Zara flat but about half the price!
10) River Island $60
It’s not for everyone’s cup of tea, but I think faux snake print is pretty chic. It’s always fun to get adventurous with mixing patterns, and this is a great opportunity to give a pop of python in your shoes!
Flat #3 was my clear winner, but every style is super cute and perfect for this season of lace ups. Which style was your favorite? Leave me a comment and let me know! PS- if you can’t decide, take my advice… buy it in every color! Happy shopping 😉
