Happy October everyone! Hope you’re having an awesome week and for those of you that live in SoCal, surviving this never-ending heat wave! We’re all hoping it ends soon, but I have some more fall transitioning ideas for you in the meantime.
Chambray and cognac are seriously the perfect way to transition into fall. They’re both such classic looks that just scream fall especially when mixed together. I love mixing denim into my wardrobe to keep things a little more Cali casual, whether it be with jeans, jorts, button down tops, jean jackets/vests or shirtdresses. (Unfortunately, this exact chambray dress is sold out but I’ve listed several other options below- this one from Forever 21 is less than $20!) Paired with my new favorite wedged boots, they give me a few extra inches while being super comfortable.
If you’ve seen any of my recent instas or snapchats (@cieraworldwide) you know that I’ve been taking advantage of my Disneyland annual pass more often now that all the Halloween decorations up and the pumpkin flavored sweets are out. My first stop was White Water Snacks at the Grand Californian Hotel to try the spiced bundt cake and some hot chocolate. I also was able to try the pumpkin beignets (found at Café Orleans and the Mint Julep Bar) the other day and they were absolutely delicious! Let’s just say I’m definitely going to be eating my way through Disneyland this season… Check out the complete list of fall treats at Disney here!
Transitioning Tip: Throw on a chunky knit open sweater and some patterned thigh high socks to make this look totally fall ready!
