Many of you know that I’m heading off to San Diego soon (T minus 9 days!), but before I leave I’m making a point to visit as many fun places in OC and LA as possible! A while back Katie from allGLAMMEDup and I went on a West Hollywood adventure and got a chance to finally visit some places that have been on both of our bucket lists.
These are my top three best Instagrammable places you need to visit next time you find yourself in WeHo:
WHERE TO FIND IT: 705 N Alfred St
There are three Alfred Coffee shops in West Hollywood and a few other locations scattered around LA. The original shops (Coffee + Kitchen and Alfred in the Alley) serve just coffee, but the one that recently opened is all about tea and even more instagram-worthy: aka pink walls, tropical vibes and the cutest cups ever! We both got iced vanilla chais and I would definitely recommend you try one next time.
Insider tip: The tea room is credit only, so make sure you bring your card along for the trip.
WHERE TO FIND IT: 8221 Melrose Avenue
I’m sure you’ve seen the outside of the Paul Smith Studio serve as the backdrop for many IG shots and profile pics. Unfortunately by the time we made it to the Pink Wall, the sun was high up in the sky and the shadows were unavoidable – but on the bright side, since it was almost 100 degrees there were only a few other people there!
Insider tip: There is usually a line of bloggers and instagrammers along the wall taking photos, so be prepared to wait your turn at peak times.
WHERE TO FIND IT: 8582 Santa Monica Blvd
Palm print walls + acai bowls = the perfect spot to spend your lunch break taking photos! The place has swinging chairs, fun tropical decor and is filled with lots of fresh fruit. I actually wasn’t that impressed with their acai, but I’d definitely go back for the ambiance, photo opps, and coco whip.
Insider tip: The delicious coco whip is vegan and dairy-free!
