It’s officially October! I love summer, but all of my feeds have been filled with nothing but cozy sweaters, booties, leaves changing, and pumpkin flavored everything. Even though I’m mentally in full fall mode, California weather has other plans. Like I mentioned in my last post, the past few weeks have still been pretty warm so I’ve been transitioning to fall with light layers and dresses lately.
I’ve noticed that I actually don’t have many casual dresses in my closet, so when I was back to school shopping I made a point to buy some more dresses that I could easily throw on and look put together while still being comfortable. Black and white is my go-to and I really loved the fun print and popover detail on this dress – plus, you really can’t beat Target prices on sale for under $20 😉 Once it finally starts to get cooler, I can totally see myself swapping out my heels for booties and throwing a jean or moto jacket on top!
