On Thursday afternoon my sister Cailyn finished her last day of eighth grade. It seems like yesterday that I was the one graduating middle school! I cannot believe how much and fast my little sister is growing up. It truly is crazy how time flies by and in the blink of an eye, we’re all grown and ready to tackle the next phase of life.
Cailyn asked me to help her find the perfect outfit to receive her diploma in on her graduation day, so we set out shopping at the Irvine Spectrum. Our first stop was Windsor, where I picked out a variety of dresses for her to try on. I was very excited to find a sparkly aquamarine number (my two favorite things) on sale for 50% off, along with a matching necklace and earring set, which Cailyn also fell in love with and bought both of them. We looked for shoes in Downtown LA but were not successful, until we stopped at the Macy’s clearance aisle where I helped her pick out a shimmery INC pair of heels. Here’s some photos from her promotion!
I’m so proud of my sister for making it through middle school and now beginning a new chapter in her life. I’m even more proud that she asked me to be there for her and help her along the way! Congrats Cailyn!
